Sports Hall Website Design
Kintbury Jubilee Centre
Sports hall website with a Skedda booking system.

About The Project
The Kintbury Jubilee Centre is a thriving community sports hall located in Berkshire, offering a wide range of facilities for local clubs, organisations and community groups. As part of an initiative to increase hall usage and attract new users, the centre wanted a modern website that would better showcase everything the venue has to offer while making it easier for people to find information and make bookings.
Integrating Online Bookings With Skedda
A key requirement of the project was the integration of the Skedda booking system. The centre wanted visitors to be able to check availability and make bookings quickly and easily without unnecessary barriers. To achieve this, we ensured the booking system was prominently featured throughout the website and implemented a convenient popup booking interface. This allows users to access the booking system from anywhere on the site, creating a smooth and frictionless booking experience.
Showcasing Facilities, Clubs & Equipment
The Kintbury Jubilee Centre is home to a variety of clubs, activities and sporting groups, so it was important that these were given dedicated space within the website. We created individual pages to highlight the organisations that regularly use the venue, helping prospective users discover the range of activities available. We also developed dedicated sections showcasing the sports equipment available for hire, making it easier for visitors to understand the facilities on offer before making an enquiry or booking.
A Website Designed To Support Growth
The finished website provides a modern, user-friendly platform that helps promote the centre, improve visibility and encourage bookings. By combining clear information, strong navigation and integrated online booking functionality, the website now serves as an effective marketing tool for the venue while making day-to-day hall management easier for both users and administrators.

What you need to know
How long does it take to build a sports hall website?
If you already have a logo and the content (words and pictures) to go on your new sports hall website, it will take approximately two weeks to build. A new logo will take about a week if starting from scratch and would need to be done first, as this provides the colours that will be used on your website. We often find that writing the words to go on a sports hall website often take longer than expected but we would provide guidance on this.
Do we need a logo for our sports hall website?
Technically speaking you don’t need a logo for a sports hall website. That said, a professionally designed logo looks fab on a website and can really help you look credible. We can help create you a new look with our logo design service.

What SEO do you need for a sports hall website?
To get found, your sports hall website will most likely need to be on the first page of Google or Bing. This will require your website to have some search engine optimisation carried out on it. All of our sports hall websites have the on-page SEO done while being built. You may need off-page SEO after the website goes live to get the best result. We can help with that too.
Do reviews help a sports hall website?
Absolutely, reviews are invaluable for a sports hall website. They build trust by providing social proof, reassuring potential customers about the quality of your venue. Positive reviews can also boost SEO by adding fresh, user-generated content, which helps improve search engine rankings. In a competitive market, showcasing authentic feedback can set your site apart, attract more visitors, and ultimately lead to higher conversions.
