About The Project

Shore Plumbing and Heating are are a highly rated boiler installation and repair company covering all of Bournemouth. An existing website was approaching the end of its useful life and we were chosen to give it a makeover.

User Experience (UX) is at the heart of everything we do. We want visitors to have a great experience when using our websites. This in turn makes it more likely the website will attract a visitor and convert them in to a customer. We tried to make the website easy to navigate and adopted a services based menu structure as opposed to the more standard layout. It simply means visitors can generally get to the page they want in one click, as opposed to visiting lots of sub-menus.

We also incorporated links to the GoCardless system allowing customers to sign up for monthly boiler plans.
